The Dudhsagar waterfalls lies on the border of Goa. It is one of the must see locations during the monsoons. At the base of Dudhsagar waterfall there is a small pond in which one can swim. This fall is listed as India's 5th tallest waterfall. The Dudhsagar waterfall is also known as the sea of milk.
How to reach Dudhsagar Waterfall, Goa:
One can reach the waterfall either by road or rail. Both ways the journey is breathtaking as the surroundings are truly spectacular. To travel by train one needs to take the train from Vasco railway station to Mollem railway station. From here to reach the fall you will need to travel by taxi. Or alternately you can hire a taxi from Panaji or Margao. This will cost you maybe around rupees 2000+.
